Job Description

Position Summary

smartShift Technologies is looking for Manager - Finance



  • Should be able to manage Netsuite Accounting system.
  • Should have basic knowledge of US GAAP and must have some prior experience in working with on shore Finance teams.
  • Should be able to coordinate with other functional teams for preparing management reports
  • Budgeting and Cash flow management.
  • Financial reporting in I GAAP & US GAAP.
  • Revenue recognition under ASC 985-605 / IFRS.
  • Handle local and group audits.
  • Monthly closure of accounts for management reporting


Skills & Experience

  • 5 plus years’ experience working in similar roles
  • Should have worked in companies with global presence
  • Should have dealt with multi-currency reporting
  • Experience in intercompany transactions and settlement accounting
  • Added advantage if handled EU VAT returns



Any graduate with 8+ years of experience
