smartShift Technologies is looking for an Technical Recuiter to join our team in India.

Responsibilities
  • An individual contributor you will be responsible to hire quality IT professionals across skills and experience levels
  • You are a quick learner, you use and apply all possible/available sourcing channels and techniques/trends
  • You own the recruitment process and life cycle, quality of hires, process improvements and meeting SLAs/TATs
  • You have the potential to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and/or job requisitions
  • Have the experience of interviewing and negotiating with candidates and making credible recommendations
Skills & Experience
  • 0.6 – 1 years of IT Recruitment experience, with fair understanding domain specific requirements
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with candidates
  • Experience in using leading job portals, constantly updated with current/new hiring techniques/trends/channels
  • Result oriented, resourceful and bring a strong professional network
  • Pro-active in approach, fast learner and a problem solver
Qualification
  • BE/MCA/MBA or equivalent
